ACAP 2012 - June 4, 2012 - June 8, 2012

Find out what accountants really do in the Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP). Spend a week in June, all expenses paid, at the University of Louisville College of Business. Learn about diverse careers in accounting. You will live in a residence hall; meet faculty, business professionals and other students interested in accounting and business; attend hands-on workshops; and take field trips to Louisville-area firms. Make new friends, become familiar with a real college campus and start thinking about how a degree in accounting can really add up.

This year's ACAP class will be held Monday, June 4, 2012 through Friday, June 8, 2012 at the University of Louisville, Belknap Campus. The program is sponsored by the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA) and the University of Louisville. ACAP is a fully supervised program backed with donations and grants from local businesses, CPA firms and government. Students selected for the ACAP class will receive a full scholarship which covers the cost of tuition, room, meals, books, supplies, and transportation for the, program.
